Dog party!

When we bred our German Shothair we were lucky enough to keep 3 of the puppies in our family. We kept Onyx and my dad and grandpa each got one. So for their 1st birthday I threw them a little party! And no party is complete without a cake.
The cake is frosted with peanut butter and dog treats.

Yes I threw "my puppies" a party, I may be a little crazy. But they had a blast running around together and pigging out on their cake.

Campfire Cones!

I saw a post of campfire cones on Pinterest and had to try them out last summer while we were camping in Fort Bragg. They were a huge hit and definitely a new camping tradition!

To start you need Waffle ice cream cones for each person and foil. Everybody likes somthing different so I brought; choc chips, white choc chips, butterscotch chips, peanut butter, crushed graham crackers, marshmallows, Reese's pieces, cut up strawberries, bananas and black berries.

 You can really add anything.

Add all of your topping inside of the cone, wrap in foil and then throw them on the grill. Be sure to turn them every few min.

Campfire cones= happy campers :)

Engagement Pictures and Proposal

Bryan asked me to marry him on March 27, 2011. We stopped at Stinson Beach on our way back from a week in San Francisco.

I won’t go into the whole story, but it was romantic and perfect for us… Until I got my beautiful ring stuck on my finger.

24 hours later, Bryan basically drug me to Kay’s to get the ring cut off L

Luckily my ring was repaired and you can’t even tell how mangled it once was.

We chose E. Henderson Photography for all of our wedding related pictures. We love them!

Bryan loves the San Francisco Giants, so for our Save the Dates we special ordered jerseys with our last name and wedding date. Bryan was 10 for October and I was 20- October 20th.
Every step we take together. I love this man just a little bit more.

About Me

Hey :) I’m a twenty something girl from Northern California. Some of the things I love are my husband, family, friends, my animals… well all animals, Luke Bryan, crafting, cooking, baking, traveling, long drives on dirt roads, music and so much more… Did I mention Luke Bryan?? :)

This is my first blog so bear with me. I’m horrible at grammar and spelling so this may be interesting!

My husband Bryan and I have been married for a little over a year- October 2012 and we have been together for 6 ½ years.

As mentioned above, I love to craft or create anything and I’m a little obsessed with Pinterest. I mostly wanted to create this blog for Pinterest reasons. You can never have too many projects and tutorials out there! I plan to post my successful Pinterest projects as well as my Pinterest Fails.

I have my own little business called Whiskey and Rhinestones. We sell western fashion and home accessories. But that’s for another post.
